Mike Lee is an experienced trial lawyer who has been an
advocate in many mediated cases in the course of his 20 year
legal career. He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas,Texas
and Oklahoma. His litigation experience has been in the area
of personal injury with emphasis on products liability. He also
has 12 years experience in private industry working in heavily
unionized settings (Reynolds Metals Company) as well as
non-union settings (Baxter Health Care) where he dealt with many issues including contractual disputes and the volatile
issue of worker safety. |
Mr. Lee attended the United States Naval Academy, the
University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and the UALR School of
Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Industrial
Engineering from the U of A. He is board certified in Civil
Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
This demanding certification process initially requires at
least 45 days in trial and the recommendation of opposing
attorneys and presiding judges. He is also a member of
other professional organizations including the American Bar
Association and the bar associations of Arkansas,Texas and
Oklahoma. He received his basic mediation training through
the Arkansas Dispute Resolution Commission. In addition, he
has received comprehensive training in mediating litigated
cases from the prestigious Straus Institute of Pepperdine
University. Mr. Lee is listed as a certified mediator by the
Arkansas Dispute Resolution Commission.
