occasions provided me with a true sense of accomplishment.  Although the results were always a "compromise", I found that my clients were happy with the results and much time and money were saved.  If results are measured in dollars, I do not believe that in most cases I would have achieved better results without mediation.  The proceedings are confidential and the mediator cannot divulge the information learned to anyone nor be a witness.  There is little to lose and much to gain by using mediation.

Mediation works best when swathed in neutrality - a neutral mediator in a neutral setting.  I have facilities for this at my office as well as having access to facilities in Hot Springs, Arkansas if the parties so desire to conduct the mediation there.  This option is outlined further in this website.
